Friday Favorites

I'm linking my Friday Favorites up with Andrea, Erika and Narci again this week.

This morning, I'm actually in Spokane, Washington.  I posted last week that I had an upcoming trip with Dan in the next couple of weeks.  Well, time got a head of me, and it was actually this week.  We came over yesterday afternoon, did a bit of shopping and then had dinner with his business associates.

We stayed at one of the Davenport Hotels again, since this is where the dinner was and all his meetings are today.  I love these hotels.  They are in the best location and this time of year it's extra pretty with all the Christmas decorations.

I went into Williams and Sonoma for the first time yesterday.  I only had a couple of minutes to look around, and can't wait to go back there in a bit to check it out some more. Actually I'm excited to have a couple hours to walk around and browse the whole mall, while I wait for Dan.
Coffee, night out with my hubby and a little shopping... that my friends is a couple of my favorites for today.

On our drive over here, these roads were not my favorite.  Dan decided he still wanted to go over the pass, even though it's closed for the season and nobody is maintaining it.  I think we saw a total of 6 cars the whole time.
Even though I've lived in Montana my whole life, I still hate slippery roads.

We'll head back this afternoon, and be home in time for bed.  Then tomorrow morning, I'll head out with the ladies for our annual women's shopping weekend while Dan stays with the kids.  I don't have much shopping to do, so between today and tomorrow, I will get plenty of chances to practice my self control.  Ha!

It's definitely a busy time of year, but I like fun, festive, Christmas busy.

Do you all have plans for the weekend?

  1. Ohhh I love Williams & Sonoma! However, our closest one is about 4 hours away. So we don't hardly ever get there. Sounds like a fun little getaway you had =) Enjoy your weekend!!

  4. One of my girlfriends just had her wedding reception at the Davenport. So pretty! And those roads are crazy! I don't like them either.
