Weekend Happenings

I hope you all enjoyed your weekend and had the chance to relax a bit.

Saturday morning, Dan ran Gracie into town for basketball.  They had an away game and needed to be in town by 7:30.  He ended up going into work for a bit, so I sat in my chair in the living room with my coffee and computer, enjoying the view out the kitchen windows.  Mornings, are by far my favorite time of the day.  So relaxing!

Jesse was at a friends house this weekend, and with Gracie gone, Emma wanted a friend over.  These two do so good together, and we barely saw them since they keep themselves busy.

A Snapchat face swap for some fun entertainment.

Gracie didn't end up getting home until almost 1:00 am again, so yesterday morning she stayed home to rest up and get herself ready for the week.  Dan, Jesse, Emma and I all went out to breakfast before church.  I don't remember the last time we've done that, but it was fun... even though I was missing my oldest.
I almost didn't post this picture, because my hair looks crazy!  But I finally figured, oh well.  We were running a bit late this morning, so instead of blow drying it and straightening it, I put in some gel and let it do it's own thing.

After church we dropped the younger two off at bowling and came home to get a few things done around the house.

I'm so thankful, Dan shoveled off the camper this year.  I've done it before and it's not my favorite!  Look at all that snow.  There was a good 2 feet of snow up there.

And then bless his heart, he came in and vacuumed for me.  Such a good man, I think I might just keep him.  ;)

We didn't do anything overly exciting, but we rested up, and now we're ready to start a new week.

Did you do anything fun this weekend?

 XO,
